Apache Wells  Manufactured and mobile homes were first built here in 1973 around a semi-private golf course.   As the community has matured, a number of homeowners have replaced the mobile and manufactured homes with site-built residences featuring tile roofs, vaulted ceilings and some of the energy-efficient features now found in newer homes.   In addition to an 18-hole golf course, there's a community center with swimming pool, exercise facility, restaurants, shops and a church.    You have everything you need right in the Apache Wells community.

Alta Mesa is a master planned community in Northeast Mesa with homes built between 1986 and 1999. The Alta Mesa Country Club features an 18-hole private golf course and banquet facilities. A variety of memberships are available to suit every budget; and although not required, you may walk the course if you prefer. Every type of home is featured in this large master planned community, from gated enclaves of custom homes to tract homes, condos, and townhouses. A gated enclave that will appeal to the active adult or retiree is Parklinks at Alta Mesa.

Dreamland Villa is one of the forerunners of today’s master planned communities. Opened in 1959, the community grew to encompass 18 subdivisions.   There are approximately 5,000 residents in this community which stretches from E. Adobe Road to just north of E. Main St., and from N. Higley Rd. to N. Power Road. With its abundance of recreational opportunities for older adults, Dreamland Villa is a fun, friendly community. It has two community center complexes, Read Hall and Farnsworth Hall. The complexes have swimming pools and hot tubs, card rooms, and a variety of exercise facilities including shuffleboard, croquet, bocce ball and horseshoes. There’s a nature trail, a restaurant, and an auditorium that hosts concerts, plays, dances and art shows. The Dreamland Villa Golf Club at 5641 E. Albany St. is a flat, easy-to-walk 9-hole course.
Fountain of the Sun features a wide array of amenities for the comfort and recreation of its residents, including numerous swimming pools and Jacuzzi spas strategically located throughout the community, saunas, exercise facilities, billiards room, library and game room. Play golf on the private 18-hole "Fountain of the Sun" course featuring 4,224 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 62. The community is guard-gated for your safety and security.
Leisure World features a diverse array of amenities such as billiards, a wood shop, lapidiary, ceramics studio, card rooms and meeting rooms. There's also an auditorium with stage and huge dance floor. If golf is your game, you won't need to leave Leisure World to play on a top-rated course. The 18-hole "Championship" course at the Leisure World Country Club facility features 6,434 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 73. The course rating is 69.2 and it has a slope rating of 115 on Bermuda grass. With easy access to the metro area, Leisure World is ideally located near shopping, medical facilities, restaurants and other services.   Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is 25 minutes away by car.
Sunland Springs Village  is a Planned Community in East Mesa offering exceptional variety in community amenities for adults 55+. Sunland Springs has a public golf course and a community center with a myriad of activities for its residents, including billiards, a wood shop, lapidiary, ceramics studio, card rooms and meeting rooms. There's also an auditorium with stage and huge dance floor.     All this is set around a beautiful, 27-hole executive golf course.   Townhomes and single family homes in this community were built between 2000 and 2007

Trilogy at Power Ranch is an award-winning active adult planned community in Gilbert.   Built between 1999 and 2007, this community features a 24-hour manned security gate, an outstanding community center with planned activities and craft classes such as woodworking, stained glass, ballroom dancing and cooking. Enjoy swimming year-round in the heated Olympic-sized swimming pool.  View movies on the big screen or see stage productions in the theatre. Play a set after the sun goes down on the lighted tennis courts. And enjoy a round on the championship golf course at Trilogy. All 15 different models built here are single level with features active adults enjoy, like covered patios and greatrooms.

Verde Groves is a gated community of single level patio homes in Mesa built between 1999 and 2004. The units range from 1200 to 1650 sq. ft. Residents enjoy an enviable lifestyle at Verde Groves combining Convenience, Luxury, Recreation and Affordability. The focal point of the community is their 8,000 square foot Community Center where planned adult activities occur weekly.
