Red Mountain Ranch
is a large planned development built around a private golf course. Located in Northeast Mesa near Highway 202 and Power Road, Red Mountain Ranch is an easy 20 minute freeway ride from Sky Harbor International Airport. Within Red Mountain Ranch you will find townhomes, tract homes built by some of the areas top builders and large custom homes. There are gated communities and un-gated communities. The community sits at a higher elevation than most of the valley and many homes have amazing mountain and city light views! Red Mountain Ranch Country Club has a variety of membership options to fit every budget. Even if you don't golf, you can join the fitness club or just be a social member.
Val Vista Lakes
is a gem in Gilbert. Built around a man-made lake, many of the homes in this community offer a private dock adjacent to the property where you can tie up your boat. The community offers a variety of homes from single family tract and custom homes to condos and townhouses. Some are in gated enclaves. If you like wide avenues with lush green landscaping, you'll enjoy living at Val Vista Lakes. The community association offers residents a full range of activities in a private club setting at reasonable prices, including a fitness center, racquet club, beach, swimming pools, and a first-class catering facility for that special event.
Las Sendas
This 3,500-home master planned community in Northeast Mesa consists of approximately 2,400 acres was designed for a diverse population of residents of all ages, with various types of residential sites, townhouses, single family homes and large custom homes, all enclosed in gated subdivisions of 100-200 homes each. One of the community highlights is the Trailhead Members Club, an exclusive 12,000 square foot multipurpose facility. This upscale facility features a state-of-the-art fitness center, Olympic size pool, racquet facility, banquet and conference rooms with a spectacular view of the city below. In addition, the community boasts a top-rated 18-hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones II, two lighted tennis centers, lighted sports courts, baseball and soccer fields, and miles of hiking and biking trails that connect to Tonto National Forest.
Boulder Mountain
is situated in the Desert Uplands area of Mesa, adjacent to Usery Mountain Regional Park. With elevations between 1700 and 2000 feet, the community is home to Sonoran Desert flora such as towering saguaro cacti, majestic ocotillo and pungent creosote.
The homeowners association promotes conservation and preservation of natural desert open areas, and homes have been designed to minimize visual impact to the surrounding vistas. Homes were built here between 1997 and 2000 by a variety of custom and quality tract home builders.
Alta Mesa
is a master planned community in Northeast Mesa with homes built between 1986 and 1999. The Alta Mesa Country Club features an 18 hole private golf course and banquet facilities. A variety of memberships are available to suit every budget, and the course appeals to golfers who enjoy walking the course. Every type of home is featured in this community, from a gated enclave of custom homes to tract homes, condos and townhouses, some with sweeping views of the golf course.
Camelot Country Club Estates
is a community of attached patio homes and townhomes located in Northeast Mesa adjacent to Painted Mountain Golf Resort, a public 18-hole facility. The community is comprised of mostly single story homes in the 1200-1400 square foot range, many with attached garage. A select number of golf lots are available, offering magnificent views of Painted Mountain Golf Course and/or Red  Mountain. A cluster of new shopping centers and restaurants are conveniently located nearby and there are several other public golf courses in the general area.
Power Ranch
The masterplanned community that has set the standard in the Southeast Valley, Power Ranch is located in Gilbert at Power Road between Rittenhouse and Queen Creek Roads. Offering an abundance of large scale amenities Power Ranch was designed to celebrate diversity and foster the active Arizona family lifestyle. Although it is a growing community, Power Ranch retains a small town feel. Residents enjoy community pools, tennis courts, ball fields, a community center and a catch and release lake. If a family community is not your cup of tea, check out Trilogy at Power Ranch, a unique active adult community developed around a public golf course.
The Villages at Eastridge
in East Mesa was developed between 2003 and 2005 by several quality builders including Morrison, US Homes, Greystone and Engle Homes. Many of these homes have 4+ bedrooms, 3 car garages and oversized lots. The community offers playgrounds, ballfields and wide open greenbelt areas for the use of residents. Although located within the City of Mesa, this community is located within the attendance boundary of Desert Ridge High School and Jr. High, two of the newest schools in the celebrated Gilbert School District. There's a new 180-bed hospital opening nearby in 2007, and a regional shopping center opened late 2006 only one mile from the development.
Augusta Ranch
in East Mesa is a family community built around an 18-hole public golf course that's fun to play whether you're a novice or enjoy a bit of a challenge. A wide selection of single family homes, condos and townhouses were built here from 1999 to 2004, some with golf course views. The community is located just east of Ellsworth Road between Baseline and Guadalupe. It is ideally located near two major highways and an easy commute to anywhere in the East Valley.
Parkwood Ranch
is a beautiful family community in East Mesa with 1,398 homes. Dotted with over 40 acres of parks, lighted basketball and volleyball courts, tot-lot play areas, and its own Elementary School, this is a great place to raise children. The parks and play areas are all inter-connected with off the road trails and bike paths, so you don't need to worry about your child playing in traffic.
Several quality builders are represented here, with homes built between 1998 and 2003. You'll find mostly single family homes in this community, and most have generous lots.
