Power Ranch, is located in Gilbert Arizona. It is the master planned community that has set the standard in this town. The 2,084--acre community, located at Power Road spanning from Pecos to Queen Creek Road currently has approximately 11,000 residents and is projected to have 5,200 residential units at completion.
 Power Ranch is known for its family-friendly outdoor lifestyle and sense of community. It features numerous amenities including more than 200 acres of open space, 20 parks, a 10-acre soccer complex and a 26-mile trail system . The community also features two distinct clubhouse/recreation centers: the Ranch House and The Barn, serving both sides of the community which is separated by Germann Road. They are surrounded by more than seven acres of community park. Swimming pools, children’s playgrounds, basketball courts, sand volleyball, picnic ramadas with barbecues and two catch-and-release fishing lakes are also part of the amenities package.
Power Ranch features six builders including DR Horton, Element Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, Richmond
American Homes, Shea Homes Trilogy, Trend Homes and T.W. Lewis. Power Ranch K-8 Elementary School and Centennial Elementary School, which opened in 2009, are located within the community. The community is also served by Higley High School.
In 2009, Power Ranch elected its first resident-controlled homeowners association board of directors. The new Board includes 5 long-time residents who work with the longtime on-site management company, Capital Consultants Management Corporation, to maintain the community. The homeowners association imposes a monthly fee of $71 per household to maintain and preserve the community’s amenities.
